The villa is located in Cala di Volpe near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda such as Capriccioli, La Celvia, Romazzino and Spiaggia del Principe. The famous Pevero Golf Club is a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet and reserved of absolute prestige with all services nearby. The path to the beach passes through a private pine forest which contributes to the absolute privacy of the property.

The house is divided in a few areas: it has a central part with a living room, a covered terrace and a large uncovered patio all with a sea view. From the living room to the left side there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds and its own bathroom with a bathtub.

To the right of the living room there is a dining area with a round table, a well-equipped kitchen, a staff room with an independent entrance behind the kitchen, three more bedrooms with three bathrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and one en-suite with a bathtub).

Each bedroom has an independent entrance to the garden.

There is a comfortable covered terrace outside with a sea view equipped with a table for approx. 12 people to eat al fresco. A brand new outside kitchen with different types cooking tops, a lounge area and another  dining table is a pefect spot for dinners.

Twenty meters from the beach there is a small beach house with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

In total there are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms including the beach house plus an extra bedroom and a bathroom for the staff (lives on the property).

Sunbathing platform. AC and Wi-FI in every main room. *The beach house has no AC and no Wi-Fi. 

Included services: cleaning, washing, ironing, preparing one meal a day (lunch / dinner), food purchase, serving food at the table. The housekeeping couple lives in the villa and has 1.5 day free.

Not included in the price: utilities and final cleaning.
